Organizational design
AI-native isn't a tool stack. It's an operating model.
Companies keep buying tools and calling it transformation. The real work is deciding which parts of the work should still exist.

Joan Nguyen is a venture-backed founder, AI builder, and advisor helping founders, executives, and teams turn AI into practical leverage.
You don't have to be technical to build with AI—but you do have to learn how to think differently about what technology can now do.
She is the founder of Bumo AI, an AI company at the intersection of family and childcare, and has personally vibe coded more than 7 million lines of code. With a background in education and company-building rather than traditional engineering, Joan has developed a unique ability to bridge the gap between rapidly evolving AI technology and the people and organizations trying to put it to work.
Joan is a co-founder of the Kinship AI Fellowship alongside Gwyneth Paltrow, Moj Mahdara, and Sarah Willersdorf, and co-founded AI Maxxing, a six-week intensive program helping founders, builders, and creators become dramatically more capable with AI. She has spoken about AI at the Metamorphosis Conference and presented at the AI Demo Summit hosted by True Ventures.
Today, Joan's work focuses on AI transformation: helping leaders identify where AI can create the most leverage, redesign workflows around AI, and give their teams the tools and confidence to actually adopt it. Her particular strength is working with non-technical leaders and teams—translating what's possible with AI into practical systems that save time, increase output, and change how organizations operate.

Work with Joan
Most people already use AI.
Far fewer have redesigned the way they work around it.
That's the gap I work on.

For events
Keynotes, panels, and executive conversations about AI-native work, organizational transformation, and leadership in the AI era.
keynotes · panels · executive sessions · offsites
The biggest opportunity isn't getting your team to use more AI tools. It's questioning the work itself.
“Why are we still doing it this way?”

Leadership
Leaders don't need to build agents. They need to know what to stop asking their teams to do by hand.

Future of work
Most automation projects preserve a process that shouldn't have survived the audit in the first place.

Agents
Once you can hand off a task with clear instructions, you find out how much of your work was never clearly defined.
